    1. Scope of Services

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by LECAP UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "us", "our") through the avodev.ai platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    Our platform provides AI-powered SaaS project creation, deployment, and management services, including but not limited to: website generation, internal tool deployment, billing management, and change request workflows.

    2. Account Terms

    You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services.

    You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@avodev.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

    3. Billing & Payment

    All billing is processed through Stripe on behalf of LECAP UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use our services to:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
    • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with the operation of our platform

    5. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of your content and data. We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and infrastructure code. Generated projects are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LECAP UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to projects will be revoked. We will provide 30 days notice before deleting your data, except in cases of gross violation.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
